Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Hospital, ensure that all departmental activities are orchestrated to function as one, manage long term organizational planning as well as the implementation of the strategic plan, monitor and the proper implementation of the Hospital-wide policies and procedures, and serve as a member of Executive Management, Staff Issues, Recruitment, Purchase Audit, SHECom., Ethics, and Middle Management Committees.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
•Served as a member of the committee that approved the corporate governance and regulatory guidelines of the Hospital.
•Oversee the Hospital’s Human Resources requirements; including employee on-boarding, managing, and administering health and other employee benefits, maintaining personnel records, monitoring insurance coverage and insuring that Human resources policies and procedures are up-to-date and in line with applicable laws.

Promoted the company’s values, mission, and objectives among employees of the organization through managing initiatives by the human resources department to develop the company’s culture. Oversaw the human resources department by supervising office staff’s activities, managing HR budgets to remain consistent with company objectives, and prepared HR policies and protocols for smooth business operations.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
•Identified, analyzed, and documented individual and institutional issues, devised potential solutions to those issues, conducted simulations of the solutions to study its feasibility, and implemented when proven effective.
•Arranged, organized, and implemented training and skill development programs for the staff.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Developed and implemented staff retention policies and executed skilled employee deployment policies to develop a strong workforce. Initiated strategic incentives and motivations to ensure staff satisfaction. Implemented an appraisal-based rewards system to encourage productivity among staff. Revised and implemented payroll policies according to the market standard that helped the company retain talented staff.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• Led the expansion of the company by establishing new operations departments including the infection control, materials management, and human resources departments as well as coordinating the staffing process for each department.
• Oversaw company operations to ensure compliance with government regulations and industry best practices.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Coordinated the development and implementation of new policies and systems for the company ensuring that all systems and policies complied with government regulations. Oversaw the operation of the HR department to facilitate various responsibilities including fiscal oversight and staffing management.
