Project Procurement
• Handling all project procurement like receiving requisitions from the Project Manager/ Project Team.
• Assist others in managing the competitive bid process, including but not limited to Request for Proposal (RFP) development and evaluation; Document and Information Flow.
General Administration/ Documentation
• Handling all administrative activities like maintenance of office equipment, transport, housekeeping & maintenance of office and record keeping of office stationery including various formats
• Providing assistance to Business Manager in day to day duties, arranging meeting preparing ETS, weekly report and sending it to management
Customer Relationship Management
• Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain the profitability of the business, handling customer grievances and resolving their issues for customer retention
• Maximizing customer satisfaction level by on time delivery, monitoring customer complaints, providing efficient services
Travel Operations
• Carrying out the ticketing, passport/visa formalities as well as arranging trips with complete easy and smooth manner
• Making travel arrangements, processing as well as implementing in time bound manner
