•Identify diligence issues which may affect purchase price, deal structure, and recommend post-acquisition actions to achieve anticipated earnings/cash flow improvements.

•Interaction with senior levels of management/ private equity associates/ local banks to understand areas such as historical and projected business performance and wider commercial issues.

Accounting solutions to High Net worth Individuals (HNI’s) for Independent valuation, Investor transparency and regulatory compliance.

Calculation and Reporting of Daily and Monthly NAV (Net Asset Value), interacting with the client to review accounting and fund performance related issues, managed clients with NAV of more than USD $1.70 billion.

●Manage loan transactions, letters of instructions, discharges and any other changes to customer securities in accurate and timely manner by ensuring applications meet bank policies and within service level agreements.

●Responsible for Mortgage Hypothecation process of Bank for Business and Rural banking customers with 100% quality results and handling customers’ complaints and provide solutions.

and Reporting Net Asset Value (NAV) of various clients on daily and weekly basis.
•Prepare client reports on monthly basis on their specific format after NAV has been finalized.
