Modeling of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire-Fighting & Electrical, in Revit & CAD for Railway, Metro, Stadium, Commercial, Residential, High Rise Buildings, Hotels, Infrastructure Projects.
Type of Work:
• Preparation of Design Drawing, Shop Drawing, Coordination, Conceptual Designs and As-built Drawing for MEP Service, Upgrading of 2D drawings in Revit,
• Coordination of MEP-BIM Projects using clash detection tool and Checking Clashes report using Revit & Navisworks,
• Preparing Revit Drawing on LOD (100, 200, 300, 400) levels
• Developing Mechanical Revit Template and Parametric Families
• I can Draft/ generate general arrangement plans, Sheets, Key plans, Views, Sections, 3D Views, View Templates for shop drawings and title blocks make schedule in Revit based on Tender / Contract drawings issued.

• Excellent knowledge in Revit Linking, Work set, Interference Checking Project Browser, Visibility Graphics, Filters, Shared Parameters, view range, Object Styles, Materials, annotation, Drafting View, Legend &Tags etc.

Worked as shop drawing & As-Built drawing, developing shop drawings from design drawings.HVAC ducting, ventilation, Chilled Water piping, AHUs, Sections, shaft coordination, Details drawings of FCUs, Split A/c units, Motorized Fire Dampers, VAVs, Access Doors, Diffusers, Louvers, Fans, , Preparation of HVAC drawings, BOQs and Make RFI’s for site inspections. Duct sizing, For duct size we use the Mechanical tool Mcquay, Ensuring HVAC work as per specification and approved drawings.
