I am leading accounts office and reporting to Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities:
• Management report on daily, weekly, monthly basis.
• Cash Management - To check invoicing, collections, cash control, suppliers and ensure 3rd party payments.
• Payroll, Incentives/Bonuses & Perks planning
• Develop business plan for Retail Outlets
• Ensure Recoveries and reconciliation from all Accounts Receivables
• To conduct Internal Audit of departments
• Budgeting & forecasting comparison and analysis
• Waste expense analysis and its timely reduction.
• Monthly Accounts closing - Accounts receivable & Accounts payable.
• Coordination with Legal Advisers in Registration, Copyright & trademarks of company brands, Taxation (Income & Sales Tax) matters.

I am responsible for the accounting office and for the supervision of internal procedures in the accounting closing process. Main tasks:
Leading the activity of the accounting office;
Develop finance standard work for key financial metrics at the country level for HGR
Provide leadership and training for a staff of 8 for AP/AR, bank reconciliation, cash management
Monthly checks and reconciliation of inventory, fixed assets and depreciation, bank accounts;
Performing accruals, certifying documents for booking;
Cost analysis (fixed/variable, direct/overheads);
Certifying the balance-sheet and income statement, and annual financial statements
Monitoring & interpreting of Cash flows
Provide support in analyzing monthly operating review process, including:
• Key Operating Statistics
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Sales Growth Analysis (Regional, Horizontal and Vertical Trends)
• Business feasibility for new openings.
Develop specific reporting and best practices for measurement of specific HGR initiatives including export analysis and reconciliation of source vs. destination growth
Support go-to market strategies, and tracking of multi-segment growth initiatives
Provide business decision support and analysis for:
• NPI product launch
• Profitability outlier analysis
• Customer specific pricing analysis
• Opportunity / pursuit analytics in current sales trends
• Investment and census
Coordinate with Tax Consultant in Income Tax, Sales Tax & Property Tax matters
Leading the monthly internal audit and coordinate with external auditor team in annual audit
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Established Accounts Department of Shahalam, Wholesale Setup in 2016 and enhanced monthly recovery 80% to 96%, reduced market credit from 23% to 17% of annual sales.
Per day sales enhanced 166% from 2015 to 2018 (Shahalam Wholesales Shop)
Prepared Feasibility study for three (03) distributions setup for Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Karachi. Now, all are running successfully.
Maintained Expense ratio less than 7% of annual sales on position of Manager (Admin & Finance) with SJS International.
