Responsible for implementation and maintaining quality control procedures, process and system that meet the required standard and specifications. Responsible for preparation and subsequent handling of following tasks: i. Work Inspection Request (WIR) / Request for Inspection (RFIs). ii. Material Inspection Request (MIRs). iii. Method Statement of Work. iv. Updating the logs. v. NCRs and INCRS vi. Site Observation Report (SOR) vii. Daily Look Ahead Report. viii. Daily Project Quality Report. xi. Fortnightly Look Ahead. x. Preparation of Punch/ Snag Lists. xi. Coordination with independent testing laboratory for performing necessary tests on Concrete, Asphalt, FDT, etc xii. Documentation and presentation for management and stakeholders. Assistance in preparation of Project Quality Plan. Assistance in preparation of Inspections and Testing Plans (ITPs). Assistance in preparation for submitting Quality System Deliverables as per Schedule Q requirements. Witness of different tests at site. Frequent coordination with Amiral. Monitor and assess the quality during every stage of project execution. Identification of quality issues and propose corrective and preventive actions as necessary. Collaborate with cross functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards and processes. Train and educate employees on quality control procedures, processes and standards. Participate in supplier evaluation to ensure supplier compliance with quality requirements. Resolution of quality problems. Discussion with the client on quality related matters. Visual inspection of construction installation. Witnessing during calibration of instrument, counter checking of instrument data sheet. Preparation of hand - over document prior to project close out. Conduct Inspection of all contract material and ensure their conformity with plan and Specification. To Check and review the IFC Drawing and Shop Drawing for the proper construction & quality implementation at job site prior to start of activity.  through . Attending internal audit.

• To inform the Site Manager of any deviation regarding the contract.
• To raise proactive during construction works to avoid any non-conformance.
• To Issue NCR or Discrepancy report in the event of the non-conforming work done by contractor and to review and propose corrective actions for non-conformity.
• Conduct quality toolbox meeting related to different activities for proper awareness of construction team.
• Inspecting materials and executed work of sub-contractors.
• Witnessing different quality tests at site.
• Issuing internal NCR to the sub-contractor’s team.
• Closing of NCR received from the PMC.
• Issuing internal site observation reports to the sub-contractor’s team.
• Preparing ITPs & inspection checklists for civil, structural & architectural activities.
• Preparing method statements for civil, structural and architectural activities.
• Coordinating with third party, PMC Parsons, NEOM ETSD and sub-contractor’s quality team.
• Daily site surveillance to assure that all activities are in compliance with project quality plan & project specifications.
• Preparing different quality reports and submitting to the QC manager.
• Keeping record of all documents related to QAQC.
• Attending walkthroughs and weekly meetings with construction team, sub-contractors, PMC &ETSD team.
• Witnessing concrete pouring, Asphalt, trial mixes for concrete& Asphalt.
• Updating logs (WIR/MIR Log, Quality Tests log, NCR log).
• Rising proactive through PQMIS Nesma & Partners application on quality violations.
•Maintaining Updated Daily WIRs, MIRs, Soil Sampling, concrete pouring, Crushing, grouting, FDT, DFT Logs With Photos Records.
•Checking Calibration certificate of Various Equipments from Laboratory Technician and update in the calibration log.
•Making and Update PQI of the projects.
•Witness Different Construction Activities on Site.
•Checking and Verifying Steel Rebars and Formwork Installation according to Standards and Specifications.
•Witnessing Trial Mix for Concrete and Asphalt at Batch Plants.
•Prepare Two weeks Look Ahead Schedule Report.

• Submissions of WIR/RFIs &MIR for civil, structurall activities & materials as per approved ITP.
• To review laboratory testing and survey reports prior to inspection monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of work being implemented by the construction team.
• Preparing weekly quality report of inspection activities.
• To record and organize all necessary documentation to memorialize the implementation, maintenance and effectiveness of the Quality Control Program.
• Review work procedures and method statements to coordinate with construction crew for on-going civil/structural activities, including but not limited to excavation, backfilling, compaction, Field Density Test, rebar inspection, formwork inspection, concrete pouring, asphalting, etc.
• To witness applicable tests conducted on concrete, soil, asphalt, water including concrete slump, temperature, soil sampling, FDT, DFT, TDS, Prime coat, tack coat, Asphalt Core and FDT Tests as per required specifications and standards.
•Maintaining Updated Daily RFIs, MIRs, Soil Sampling, concrete pouring, asphalting, Crushing and Grouting FDT Logs.
•Daily Coordination With Client KJO.
•Giving INCRs to the Construction Team and Closing of INCRs with Proposed Correctly Actions and Preventive action.
•Giving Quality Tool box to the Construction Team.
•Maintaining Daily Quality Records with Photos.
• Checking Calibration certificate from the laboratory technician of Various Equipments.
• Cheking IFC, as built and Red line drawings from the Site Construction Team.
•Attending Walkthrough with PMC and KJO client.
•Checking Rebars and Formwork Installation according to Aramco Standard.
•Closing Punch Items list.
•Fully Aware from Saudi Aramco Standards using for Concrete, Asphalt, Grouting, FDT, DFT, Trial Mix, Violation.
•Prepare Two weeks Look Ahead Schedule Report.
• Varify Steel Structure Plumbness, Erection, Installation and Shim Plate Installation according to Standards and Specifications.

• Conduct Inspection of all contract material and ensure their conformity with plan and Specification.
• To Check and review the IFC Drawing and Shop Drawing for the proper construction & quality implementation at job site prior to start of activity.
• Performing pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are approved and within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings & specs.
• Inspection of surface preparation for the footings, pedestals, foundation and retaining wall prior to
• the application of waterproof bituminous coat.
• To ensure that all the construction activities are systematically controlled and executed so that only conforming materials, equipment, approved methods and procedures to be used for construction purposes.
