• To coach and develop the team according to concepts of TPM and other performance improvement techniques
• To organize and effectively carry out regular maintenance activity in order to minimize plant breakdowns within agreed budget limits.
• Analyze and resolve process, equipment or quality problems as quickly as possible to maintain production continuity.
• Preparation/updating of skill matrix for the development of team with appropriate local and foreign trainings
• Regular communication with shop floor employees through formal briefing sessions, group discussions, notice boards, as well as news letters, informal sessions on key areas of performance.
Annual Maintenance Budget: 300 Million PKR approx.

New Juice Tetra Prisma Fillers and Processing Mega Project (May 2010 to January 2011) Project Budget: 1.7 Billion PKR
This project includes design and preparing launch strategy of new Prisma Packs from technical side . Complete new processing to support these fillers was installed on fast track grounds and all the timelines were respected that ultimately become a key factor for the successful launch of this new variant
New Milk Reception & Thermization Mega Project(March 2009 to April 2010) Project Budget: 1.3 Billion PKR
This project includes design of entire new Milk Reception & Termization design calculations, layout proposals, product & CIP circuits, procurement and Installation to build state of the art Milk Reception in Pakistan
Flex 100 UHT Plant Project(Jan 2008 to December 2008) Project Budget: 250 Million PKR
This project includes installation and commissioning of Flex 100 UHT Plant of Tetrapak along with 2 Aseptic tanks of 30, 000 lits. each
Complete Yoghurt Line Installation & Commissioning (2006-2007) Project Budget: 187 Million PKR
This project includes design of product & CIP circuits of complete Yoghurt processing/filling lines, Installation of hi-tech yoghurt processing machinery & Construction of new Yoghurt Cold Store.
Complete UHT Production Line Installation & Commissioning.(2005) Project Budget: 92 Million PKR
The scope of the Project included APV UHT processing plant 20 t/hr, Tetrapak Aseptic tanks and filling line, complete milk standardization arrangement including 200 Ton storage silos.
