Shamiyah Haram Expansion Project, Makkah:
• Post Contractor’s Managements and Cost Consultancy service.
• Managing team of quantity surveyors as per management & client requirements.
• Submission of Interim Payment to client and negotiation with them.
• BOQ’s Preparation, Review & Reconcile.
• Coordination with design team for additional works and evaluation.
• Preparing Executive Summaries and Reports for Client.
• Preparing the Quantity Record Tracker for Audit.
• Prepare and measure the sub-contractor work for contract documents, monthly payments and final accounts.
Jabal Omar Phase-4, Makkah:
JODC Phase-4 has high rise towers with a mixture of 5-star hotel, car parks & mixed- use areas.
• Developing a variation of work submitted by the contractor.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities as per latest approved shop drawings.
• Preparation of estimated budget for remaining works.
King Abdul Aziz Road Project (KAAR), Makkah Saudi Arabia:
Large development project in Makkah with 4km long boulevard consisting of 50 plus high-rise towers, shopping malls, bus station, district cooling plants and associated infrastructure. Worked on Package-A, which has 4 high end hotels and residential towers including service building, car parks & bus transit.
• Preparation of design stage BOQ
• Cost estimate of Package-A.
Worked as ‘MEP Quantity Surveyor in “Al-Futtaim Engineering & Technologies, Saudi Arabia”. Makkah at Jabal Omar Development Project. Multi- billion Riyal project by a stock listed company - JODC. The project has High Rise Hotels, car Parks and mixed used areas
Jabal Omar Phase-3, Makkah Saudi Arabia:
The project has 4- high rise towers. Hanging bridge & Podium.
• Submission of Monthly Payment Certificate to client and negotiate with client.
• Coordination with design team for additional works and evaluation.
• Identify and prepared the change orders (VOs).
• Prepare and measure the sub-contractor work for contract documents, monthly payments and final accounts.
• Prepare Material on Site Claim monthly to ease in cash flow.
Jabal Omar Phase-4, Makkah Saudi Arabia
JODC Phase-4 has high rise towers with a mixture of 5-star hotel, car parks & mixed- use areas.
• Prepare all the payments for Client & Sub-Contractors.
• Make site visits to make measurement on site for completed works.
• Prepare and submit the take-off sheet and get approval from client representative in preparation for the monthly billing.
• Coordinate with Client, Consultant & Sub-contractor.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities for Variation.
• Taking off quantities for MEP Works.
Worked as an ‘Electrical Quantity Surveyor in “Saudi Bin Ladin Group (“SBG \{PBAD\}”, Riyadh” at “King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD)”. The project cost is Saudi Riyal 19 Billion for construction of 30 High Rise Res. /Commercial Parcels having a total built up area of 2 Million m2.
King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) Zone-1:
KAFD Zone-1 has 5 Parcels having 9 high rise towers with mixture of 5-star hotel, car Parks & mixed-use areas.
• Preparation & submission of Monthly Payment Certificate to Client and negotiated with Client.
• Prepare Material on Site Claim monthly to ease in cash flow.
• Responsible for the take-off of quantities from the project drawings.
• Remains fully aware of activities being carried out at site. Updates activities related to Engineering, Procurement and construction in close co-ordination with Discipline site engineer.
• Tender evaluation and recommendation when appointing the sub-con.
• Prepare and measure the sub-contractor work for contract documents, monthly payments and final accounts.
• Make site visits to make measurement on site for completed works.
• Prepare and submit the take-off sheet and get approval from the Client representative in preparation for the monthly billing.
• Prepare bill of quantities for any change orders on site.
• Coordinates with Consultant/ Representative and sub-contractor.
• Review the contract draft, technical and commercial terms and conditions to verify the accurate prospective contract documents are included.
• Reviewing valuations for progress payments.
• Reviewing Variation orders and Claims.
Business Development, Contracts and Negotiation with Telecom companies.
* Prepare detailed requisitions for equipment and materials for Sites Energization.
* Coordinate with supplier for various materials, tools and equipment.
* Follow up with the suppliers to get the material delivery on time.
* Prepare Move orders as per the site requisition after delivery of material.
* Coordinating with site Engineer for various material issues.
* Prepare report for material status for the deliveries.
* Prepare schedule for deliveries for long lead items & submitted to suppliers.
