Production Planning activities and achievement target as per plan.
•Ensure material availability and coordinate with various other department for smooth production.
•Leading project for improving the production and removing bottlenecks.
•Data analysis of recurring breakdowns of equipment and on the basis of this data analysis finding the root cause of breakdown to optimize the production without any interruption.
•Preparation of defects prevention plans and ensuring implementation of necessary counter-measure to eliminate, reduce and control defects in production related to Man, Machine, Material or Method.
•Ensure good housekeeping and hygienic condition at plant.
•Done projects of productivity improvement and machine efficiency improvement in various department, creating SOPs and estimating the standard production quantity for specific products.
•Reporting of pending deliveries using SAP purchase documents report.
•Taking follow up of projects and daily tasks.
•Customer dealing to dispatch all shipment on time
Responsible for interfacing with customer regarding quality inquiries & matters pertaining to new product development / improvement.
•Proactively coordinating with R & D in development of new denier fibers.
•Receiving in-process & final inspection & authorization appropriate disposal decision.
•Internal quality audit.
•Implement SPC tools, KAIZEN, 5S.
•Rectify problems related to line / warranty / receiving goods.
•Conducting training awareness for quality.
•Monitor the effectiveness of QMS & take corrective measure where required.
•Any other task assigned by Management.
