Hands on experience in performing general ledger, balance sheet, and profit & loss income statement
analysis and bank reconciliations
• Responsible for managing, reviewing, reconciling, and preparing financial statements of clients’ accounts
monthly
• Efficiently fulfill accounting functions according to GAAP, while managing accounts for over $1M in sales
annually
• Process Payroll for employees on different payroll platforms such as Paychex, Intuit Payroll, and ADP
• Resolve reconciliation discrepancies
• Process journal entries, online transfers, and payments
• Maintain complete conformity with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures
• Expertise in developing and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit & Loss statements, Balance
Sheets for management within strict deadlines
• Manage and record client commercial and private loans for businesses monthly
• Combine subsidiary companies’ financial statements for analysis of financial assets and liabilities
• Review and identify errors and inconsistencies in documents and reports
• Prepare tax returns such as 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120s
• Prepare tax returns using Intuit’s ProSeries software
• Provide accounting assistance to doctors, retail businesses, hotels, IT consultants, real estate investors
etc.
