• Acting as the main technical adviser on construction site for crafts people & operatives.
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
• Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring site labor force.
• Planning work and efficiently organizing plant and site facilities to meet deadlines.
