Working as a Project Manager, in AAB CONSTRUCTION from 1st April 2010 till working for the following projects 7 many more as a Quantity Surveyor, Technical manager & Contracts manager.
1. 2B+G+4P+25typ Floors residential building at Dubai Sports City. (Fully execution).
2. 5B+G+4P+29 typ Floors office Building at Business Bay. (Started with Tendering, Completed Piling work, Excavation, pile Cutoff level in 1st Phase and Construction in 2nd Phase.
3. (And many others projects as Moon tower in Business Bay 3B+G+3P+16 floors, Chess Tower @ DSC 2B+G+4P+16 floors etc)
Fully Responsible for all Local authorities & having good understanding with them. Having good knowledge for Executing the work and much more.
Appointed as a Project Manager in OST CONSTRUCTION from 12TH December 2009 till 31st March 2010 working for the project of Mashreq Bank 2B+G+3 office building at JAFZA free zone monitor by PACIFIC CONTROL MECSD to avail the GOLD CERTIFICATE (GREEN BUILDING) as the first building in Dubai.
o We are working as a Project management in Dubai for all the projects and my duty was to manage the overall project, make a check list of consultant, reporting to Client for project situation, handling variations, submittals, correspondences, meetings, selection of materials, checking the quality and different aspects of the related items to the projects, creating good and friendly atmosphere for the free flow of work.
o Coordination with all related Authorities.
o Review of shop drawings, builders work and bending schedule.
o Preparing monthly reports which show all the progress, photos, submittals, variation orders, etc.
o Solving of the contractual matters as per conditions of contract.
o Preparing progress reports and maintaining office records, checking and certifying bills etc.
o Tendering the job, Selection of Contractors, Selecting subcontractors for provisions sums jobs.
o Preparing minutes of meeting and dealing with the day to day correspondence
o Preparing phisibility reports. Preparing Contract Documents.
o Correspondence and meetings with all the concerned parties required for project.
o Coordination of civil and structural works with other services and disciplines
o Review of shop drawings, builders work and bending schedule
o Civil and structural surveys and reports
o Material review and sampling and testing for compliance with International standards and specifications
o Site inspection s and design review
o Solving of the contractual matters as per conditions of contract.
o Preparing progress reports and maintaining office records, checking and certifying bills etc.
o Checking the quotations of any kind of subcontractor works and contractors
o Preparing minutes of meeting and replying for all the correspondence
Over All Responsibilities from A to Z to start and handover the project.
Fully responsible From Coordination with Client, Consultant, subcontractors and leading the team of site engineers, supervisors. e
Following Program of work and to avail the progress using all the available resources in effortless manners.
Following with all local authorities as per the contract.
Careful study of drawings and contract documents to avoid discrepancies and mistakes. Etc.
Maintaining Quality Control Measures.
Al types of works has been carried out as from starting piling work up to cut off levels, excavation, Raft concrete with massive quantity monitored for temperature control, Huge structure work, luxury finishing works, Fast tract projects completed with all construction values i.e. Cost, Time, Quality, Safety.
Deploying of manpower as per the site requirements, preparation of daily reports and work progress. Preparation of reinforcement work inspection and approval. Monitoring and controlling the concrete casting. Coordinating with sub contractors and getting to be work done. Follow all quality control methods.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervising all civil structural and finishing works and getting work done as per schedule. Preparing daily work done quantities and reporting to project engineer. Arranging the materials as per site requirement. Preparing Daily Progress Report. Arranging inspection and getting approval from consultants. Quality control measures to be taken for every work.
