•• Inform all issues/ problems faced related to the section to Plant Manager for necessary actions.
• Stay in coordination with store team regarding availability of parts (demand & raising purchase request).
• All the time in coordination with vendors and Plant Manager related to preventive/ corrective maintenance action of equipments for trouble free working environment.
• Strongly adhere training programs internally and externally.
• Responsible for un interrupted electric supply/ compressed air available for smooth production.
• Responsible for all preventive and corrective maintenance of Generators/ air compressor & Electric Panels.
• Responsible for load shifting/ genset selection during load shedding.
• Responsible for sanitation/ cleaning of area & all equipments.
• Responsible for diesel refueling in gensets and inform diesel status to Plant Manger.
• Responsible for monitoring/ checking of any maintenance performed via vendors (indoor & outdoor).
• Responsible for purchasing of diesel, lube oil, batteries and parts used for maintenance.
• Responsible for earth checking, WAPDA emergency shut off push button, testing and calibration
of equipments/ parts.
• Responsible for all documentation (reports, records, status) related to audit (internal and external).
• Responsible for load control on WAPDA and generator in coordination with Plant Manager.
• Responsible for up gradation of section records/ reports on daily basis.
• Responsible for training of staff regarding EP & R, FFT, ISO, WI, personal hygiene & good documentation.
• Responsible for WAPDA bill correction and WAPDA energy meter reading on daily basis.
• Responsible for assigning duties to staff members in shifts as per requirement of factory.
• Responsible for sale of old batteries, used oil, used filters & faulty parts (in coordination with security staff).
• Responsible for usage/ wearing of safety equipments during any kind of maintenance (safety shoe, gloves etc).
