As Field Operator at Crude distillation unit
• Monitoring of Crude distillation unit w.r.t Operating parameters, Product Quality and Equipment Performance.
• Logs and records all plant running parameters and reports.
• Responsible for Start up, Shut down and Emergency handling of above mentioned Process units.
• Carries out operational preparation of equipment prior to release for maintenance and ensures proper implementation of Permit to Work instructions.
• Ensure that all accidents, Incidents and Injuries reporting and carried out the preliminary investigation.
• Patrols area and inspects equipment, such as furnaces, towers, lines, and pumps, to detect malfunctions and leakage.
• Responsible for execution of all safety measures to avoid incident / accidents.
• To report all problems to unit Engineer.
