o Review EOC from.
o Review computation annual salary increase.

3. Separation Process

4. Payroll
o Review end to end processing of payroll.
o Review each updation in payroll.
o Liaising with staff and management on payroll related
queries.

o Review and check that all leaves received during month
should be properly entered in HRIS.

6. Attendance Management:
o Check roster of all departments.
o Review compiled attendance of employee on
weekly/monthly basis.
o Review overtime reports
o Review locum reports

7. Final Settlement:
o Review full and final settlement
o Review final experience letter.

8. HR Records:
o Supervise & check HR Cv database.
o Supervise onboard and close employee’s files.
o Review daily mail received in HR department.

9. Other Activities:
o Job description of all position in Hospital.
o Disciplinary matters of Hospital.
