Guest for Wireless and all IT related accessories as

o Installation of Kespersky Administration kit /
Kespersky antivirus all versions , Nod32 Antivirus
and updates.
o Installation of Accounting Software / ERP Systems
(Peachtree, Focus, Tally ERP9, Exact +, IDS Fortune,
Absolute +).
o Microsoft Outlook Configuration and Backup
restoration.
o Applying operating system updates, patches, and
configuration changes.
o Taking ownership for a problem till resolution or
upgrade to next level support for desktops.
o Managing & maintaining Photocopiers and heavy Duty
printers (HP, Epson, Brother, Konica Minolta, and all
types of Network Devices in Local Area Network.
o Technical 24x7 support to hotel guests and desktop
user support.

o hardware related matters and Providing IT/Technical
o related support in Networking trouble shooting
o Configuration of Cisco wireless access point 4410n & Gini
wireless access point
o Supporting LAN/WAN and UPS related issues.

o Active directory installation configuration, policies
maintenances.
