The role I have at perfect windows (www.perfectdoorwin.com)is to manage the daily manufacturing
operations of the organization, a team of 38 persons from 5 different countries, mainly from, Middle
East, Asia and Africa.
Responsible for the planning and scheduling of both the manufacturing and two different installation
teams, including logistic arrangements. Handled the task to increase efficiency, and together with
the team, we managed to attain excellent improvements while instilling stability and stable growth of
approximately 50% on the previous year, both in terms of apertures produced and financial income.
It is also my responsibility to keep excellent relationships with suppliers, add new ones, especially new
and innovative products. When it comes to operational personnel, I conducted interviews and employed
new team members. Was part of the panel that selected that person that took over from the operations
department and afterwards for the handing over.
Perfect windows is leading uPVC and glass fabrication company in Nizwa, Oman since 2009.
Currently we are working with German brands Rehau & Aluplast, GU& ROTO accessories and Saint
Gobain & Guardian glass.
we have also working with Smart System for curtain wall section.
