My role was to expand the market share through Strategic sourcing of products & services with global principals, Toll manufacturing, 3rd party manufacturing, Vendor Qualification methods, Logistics KPI, ISO Management, create & implement Supply Chain strategies & KPI's to improve revenue & reduce cost. Indirect Categories handled: Industrial Consumables, MRO, Services, IT & CAPEX

• Expanded Chemical Supplier network with additional 30% in a span of less than 1 year with improved Vendor qualification methods resulted 9% additional revenue.
• Chaired 500+ Technical Specification reviews & streamlined Bid process conserved 30% time.
