I was responsible for preparing the monthly security incidents reports, updating the lists of the International and national UN staff members, reporting for the headcount of the UN staff members in the quarterly reports to UN HQ, monitoring the operation status of the office radio base station and other communications equipments, and preparing the security clearance to all missions traveling to Syria, (Syria is in Phase I of Security Plan which is a precautionary measure).
