Implementation & Deployment of HPE 3PAR Storage
Infrastructure servers’ implementation (Active Directory, Microsoft Certificate Services
Server, DNS, DHCP, SQL, file server, WSUS, Print Server)
Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics (ATA)
1st level support of a VDI solution based on Citrix.
HPE Server and storage support (Software and Hardware)

Job Responsibilities:
Administration and management of their Hospital Management System
End User Support
Network distribution rack: patch connections as required.
Plan network extension: arrange cabling, installation of hardware, software installations
and workstation setup.
Arrange repairs of malfunctioning hardware.
Arrange purchase of new equipment as per the user requirement.
Training: train new users in the basics of the system: windows, email, intranet, MS office,
Hospital Management Software.in-house applications (invoice manager, human resource
database), etc.
Coordinate support for Hospital Management Software.
