As a painting teacher, my role in school is to nurture creativity, cultivate artistic skills, and inspire students to express themselves through the vibrant world of art.
Art Gallery Club Incharge (Classes 3-10): Organize and oversee Art Gallery Club activities, guiding students in curating and displaying artwork. Planned exhibitions to showcase students' artistic talents and foster creativity.
Overall Incharge for Shemrock Clubs: Collaborate with club coordinators to facilitate engaging and educational club activities across the school.
Artwork and Decorations for Shemrock MUN: Create visually appealing artwork and decorations for Model United Nations (MUN) events, enhancing the atmosphere and ambiance.
Throughout my career, I've consistently pursued professional development opportunities, including participation in prestigious events such as the Rose Festival on-the-spot painting workshops (2011-2012) and the BAMA Academy exhibition (2007). I've also engaged in workshops with renowned artists, such as the Young Thoughts about Tellus workshop focusing on global warming and the Magma painting workshop (2011). My work has been showcased in numerous annual exhibitions at institutions like the Government College of Arts, Chandigarh, and Lalit Kala Academy, Chandigarh. Additionally, I've contributed to significant exhibitions like the CACOSA Annual Art Exhibition and the Prominent Women Artist of Punjab exhibition (2021), demonstrating my ongoing commitment to artistic growth and innovation.
