Working as an HSE officer for the Substation project and been assigned as the responsible person for the Health, Safety and Environmental needs of the site. Responsible for dealing with the client HSE team. Rectifying any usafe activities performed by the subcontractor or any visitor. Educating the labours by organising internal and external training. Inducting new labours, visitors arriving at the site.
Responsible for providing a safe work environment for the workers. Conducts Tool box training for all employees on a regular basis.
