• Manage planning and progress data for 100+ projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency across regions and disciplines.
• Develop and maintain spatial plot plans using GIS tools to manage congestion, sequencing, and resource constraints.
• Maintain the department-level Golden Project List, aligning priorities with execution readiness, supply-chain realities, and sponsor objectives.
• Act as central integration point between Engineering, Construction, Operations, Project Controls, Supply Chain, and Investment Owners to accelerate in-year capital execution.
• Evaluate capital vs. schedule trade-offs, including early engineering, long-lead materials, contractor capacity, and procurement strategy.
