• Quantity Take off from tender drawings prepare the price for tender BOQ and submit to Management on time.
• Material Quantity take off and submit to Procurement to get the Quotation from Supplier and Sub-Contractor
• Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultant and contractors.
• Provide contractual/commercial advices to management.
• Prepare and issue sub-contract enquiries and assessment of quotations
• Prepare and issue material supply enquiries and assessment of quotations
• Submit tenders and follow up

 Prepare the tender offer comparison based on tenderer submission to management
 Prepare the Post tender clarification

• Interim payments and settlement of subcontractors’ final account.

• Attend commercial meeting with the consultant.

• Identify, preparation and submission of variations

• Procurement of sub-contract packages and administration of nominated and domestic subcontractors
• Contract administration of sub-contract packages
• Attending Commercial Meetings, Variation Review Meetings, and negotiations
• Providing Contractual input for project Correspondence
• Assist to the Estimating manager for the preparation of tender submission
• Attending various meetings such as Commercial Meetings, Variation Review Meetings, Post contract clarifications & negotiations and preparation of minutes of meetings.

Assist to the Sr. QS to preparing Interim Valuations for Consultants' Certification, Take off Quantities, Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Preparation of Rate Break Downs, Taking Joint Measurements, Sub Contractors’ Interim Bill Checking, preparation of material schedule & material reconciliation report, Dealing with Variations and Preparation of Construction progress schedules, Assist to the Sr. QS for the preparation of Commercial Meetings, Variation Review Meetings, and Negotiations and involving in Tendering and Estimation.
