JOB PROFILE: ▪ Experienced in all CNC and NC machine controls.
▪ Analysis of the process and give suggestions for improve the process.
▪ Inventory Control.
▪ Controlling the product parameters ( Inspection and correction)
▪ Co-ordinating with the entire team through morning meeting to achieve the production target,
Customer PPM, Scrap cost reduction, Lead time reduction, Cycle time reduction, Accident time loss to
meet the company target.
▪ Process capability analysis (CP & CPK), & Support to NPD part production.
▪ Excellent communication skills with troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving capabilities.
▪ Sustaining line 5s and 3c.
