Responsible of a team of 5 handling 16 accounts (OPPO, Henkel, Ghabbour, Danone and more)
from setting their tone and strategy to executing the plan. Built and executed social media strategy
through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marking, TA research and clients’
trackers. Collaborate with other departments (Planners, Creative, Buying and Finance) and other
agencies to coordinate actions.
Handled different clients’ social media assets. Acted as a content creator, community manager,
strategist and reports analyst. Executed different big campaigns for various clients. Coordinated
the work of other departments such as finance, buying, planning and creative to ensure the
campaigns met the deadline.
