 In charge of E & I activities such as installation, maintenance and calibration of various process control instruments such as Pressure Gauges&Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters & Sensors, Pressure switches, Flow meters, Level Transmitters, Motorised Valve, motorized control dampers, Fire, Smoke and Gas detectors etc.
 Supervise Work force, Sub Contractor activities and organize work package.
 Performing all QC, HSE related jobs to maintain ADCO standards.
 Involving all Techno-commercial Meeting with client, consultant, Contractors etc.
 Diagnosing and troubleshooting of instruments and equipments ensuring reliability of instruments for smooth operation.
 Assuming responsibility for record keeping and documentation related activities.
 Supervision for Cable laying as per P&ID and cable glanding to Junction Box, Instruments & Control panels Installation and energizing.
 Develop system packages for sign off and handover to client.
 Review all site drawing including P&I diagram, Process flow diagrams, Hook diagrams, Control room layout, cable trench layout and rectify faults before installation.
 Supervise loop checking and ensure quality control
 Supervise Instrument calibration & pre-commissioning activities.
 Involved in HVAC Commissioning & Interface checking between DCS & HVAC
 Co-ordinate with engineering and vendors to resolve all engineering related problems.
 Develop procedures and work flows.
 Attending walk-down inspection with clients and punch developments.
 Ensure systems are planned and scheduled with relevant documents.

 Performing activities such as installation, maintenance and calibration of various process control instruments such as transmitters of Rosemount, ABB, Yokogawa; Fire and Gas Detectors of Detcon, Apollo; and pressure switches of SOR.

 Diagnosing and troubleshooting of instruments and equipments at various sites ensuring reliability of instruments for smooth operation.

 Carrying out maintenance and replacing tools and devices as per client requirements.

 Assuming responsibility for record keeping and documentation related to instrument purchase, daily progress report and safe charts.

 Participating in planning shut down works in conjunction with Operations and other Engineering sections.

 Taking part in erection and execution of process sequence systems as well as in commissioning activities.

 Logic checking and modification as per latest revision safe charts.
