Along my journey in americana restaurants, I gained and developed various skills like : team management, leadership, P&L analysis, F&B, stock control, sales forecasting, complaint handling, hospitality, customer service, employee development, cost control, coaching, food safety, security & safety, crisis management, and auditing.
College was a mix of highs and lows because I had to work and study at the same time. My biggest challenge was trying to do well at work while not neglecting my studies, and aiming to graduate with good grades.
