1- Learned the process for sales, how to
receive enquiry from customer, how
to get prices and the stock for
materials required, how to deal with
suppliers and communicate with
them, how to issue purchase order
and how to make quotation.
2- For operations department I learned
the process for purchase & delivery,
first of all, how to negotiation for cost
price with customers, how to make
request payment to account dep. if
required, how to make delivery note,
how to prepare collection & delivery
schedule to the purchasers and
drivers.
3- Extract reports data from our system
to prepare final report with purchases
and profits including formula.
1- Registration a new vendor &
creating a new item code.
2- Enter the invoices & submit to
account department with follow the
payment process.
3- Find & solve problem for the
pending invoices (pending payment).
4- The generation of procurement
reports.

Organize exchange bills, invoices and diaries as fillies. Introducing attendance and departure statements for the other branches.
Organizing, arranging and archiving projects files and sorted by agreement number. In addition, using MS-Word to typing letters and circulars to sending them to be ficiaries by using the office automation such as scanner and fax. Also, using MS-Excel to entering data and information such as drawing data, investor name, location and calculating total amounts of fees building.
