Responsible for
• Supervising a team of seven drivers and one administrative assistant

• Supervising and coordinating the daily sales operations within a specific geographical area

• Ensuring the proper implementation of the established sales policies and procedures
• Controlling the sales representatives’ performance through the comparison of targeted vs. actual productivity per brand and customer

• Supervising sales transactions in three different regions
• Aligning and coordinating tasks for distributors in these regions
• Continuous follow-up with distributors and managing to resolve all kinds of issues they face in the market
• Continuous follow-up with current customers, recruiting and managing new customers
• Preparing new sales contracts for new customers and renewing old contracts for current customers
• Presenting market reports to the higher-level management on daily and weekly basis
• Preparing casual meetings for distributors once a week to report any new updates in the market and with the customers
• Performing PEST and SWOT analysis on quarterly basis
• Managing issues occurring with distributors and customers
• Continuous follow-up with new updates in competing brands and coming up with appropriate solutions to retain a high level of competitive advantage
Responsible for,
• Distributing dairy products to groceries and supermarkets according to customers’ orders
• Ensuring first in first out to ensure no expiries.
• Displaying products in an organized way applying the planogram
• Retaining and managing customer relationship
