Compensation and Benefits:
• Implement and continuously support the compensation plan, strategies and policies.
• Coordinates data submissions and reporting for multiple compensation and salary surveys.
• Monitors key figures, economic and market trends and internal data analyses to support the decision making process and salary revision process.
• Provides data on the pay grade structure of the company by executing standard reports, responds to complicated queries on compensation from management.
• Updates all the relative compensation data in the system.
• Applies job evaluation methods to rank newly created positions.
• Provides support and coordination of job evaluation audit across all job functions.
• Supports managers during the salary review process for both local and international employees.
• Ensures clear communication to employees regarding benefit system through all communication channels.
• Communicates with external providers, assures timely data exchange with benefit management.
• Manages implementation/ administration of the out sourced cafeteria.
HR Controlling and Organizational Management
•Runs various reports and prepares data analysis to support compensation manager.
•Prepares a list of HR KPIs to be tracked and ensures that they are monitored accordingly.
•Cooperates closely with other HR professionals and ensures Personnel Administration and Organizational Management alignment.
•Make planning on recruitment process and interviews upon request.
•Ensure Job Descriptions are all updated and in accordance to Nestlé Standards.
•Implement and maintain the job evaluation process in the company (PE, PDG etc…).
Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
• Recruiting, interviewing new candidates.
• Finalize payroll, yearly bonuses and rewards.
• A member at bank social committee.
Assist employees with their personnel needs, such as payroll, job descriptions, contracts…etc.
• In charge of the recruitment process, from arranging interviews, tests or assessments up until the offer stage.
• Answer customers’ inquiries, help them understand the enrollment process and what to expect.
• Explain the various disciplines in the college and explain about the English language offerings of Bell institute.
• Administer placement testing, exams and mark them.
• Schedule classes in coordination with concerned parties to cater for teacher’s availability and students’ preferred schedule.
• Follow up on students’ absenteeism, warning reports.
