Review of tender documents, Request for Proposals (RFPs), bids etc. to identify any commercial risk.
• Develop pricing/commercial models which includes financial modelling, sensitivity analysis, cash-flow, budgeting, financials risks & rewards for each tender, RFP, bid.
• Liaise with various internal stakeholders such as Delivery and Solutions, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Legal etc. to gather information for building the pricing and commercial model.
• Liaise with finance team members to understand and highlight performance related gaps i.e. budget against actuals.

• Review draft contracts and identify risks and provide possible mitigations.
• Assist in developing a summary report for individual projects which captures all key information specific to the project such as start/completion date, changes in scope, assets allocation, profitability etc. for senior management’s usage.
• Assist senior management in project analysis, forecast and budget as required.
• Create operational project budgets for Delivery and Solutions team which covers key financial milestones, operational delivery plan, resource allocation and contractual compliance.
• Prepare and run pricing review meetings.
• Worked on Financial Modelling, Financial Analysis and Financial Forecast using Excel and Power BI.
• Formulated Pricing Matrix/Costing for Sales to understand the Cost Impact on Business.
• Worked on Commercial Tenders and Quotations with different Pricing Templates.
• Expertise on creating Power BI reports and Dashboards including Modelling and Reporting using both Import mode and Direct Query mode, used multiple visuals applied role-based security.
• Identified Loss making jobs for the total of approximately AED 3.5 million book of business and developed new strategies, resulting in 2% revenue increase over 6 months.
• Implemented Customer Ranking Model based on Revenue and Payment Cycle Time
• Reduced Accommodation Expenses by 15% by formulating Room Distribution Policy with HR Team.
