Making PR, MRV, MIN, STO in ORACLE.
Local Purchasing and Responsible for Project Site Stores Material & Cost Controlling of Materials.
Reconciliation of inventory, maintain records of all card system and computerized inventory control.
Responsible for the storekeeping of all Consumables & Assets inventory available at site.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of the location of all project materials.
Conduct weekly inventory of material, including items in the Company warehouse and other storage locations, and items in the custody of construction contractors; provide weekly inventory reports to Manager.
Coordination with Project-Manager, Construction Manager, Lead Engineers, Procurement Dept.
Preparation of Documents for Material Clearance (M.I.R) from QA/QC Engineers.
Maintaining & Providing Bin Card & Material Tag for the New Material for Proper Easy Identification.
Preparations of MIS report/ annual / Monthly stock taking.
Making Goods receipt (GRN), (TRN), STO (Stock Transport Order) and Issue (Goods Issue) & returns on both manual.
Raising Indent (MR) & Local Purchasing and Handling the Site Petty Cash.
Preparation of Load out Cargo manifest for Loading & Offloading Drilling Rig.
Responsible for the storekeeping of all inventory items kept.
Maintaining Records of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) items.
Segregation of type of materials as per Stock Master ID and assigning location.
Maintains Daily Inward & Outward Register for Proper Tracking of Goods Movement.
Coordination with Co-Workers, Drilling engineers & Company man Rig & Clients Company.
Getting Material inspected from concern QA/QC/Technical Team/Tool Pusher.
Maintaining & Providing Bin Card & Material Code for the New Material for Proper Identification & Location.
Taking Care of Site Logistics for Proper Mobilization of Vehicles
Goods receipt (GRN), (TRN), STO (Stock Transport Order) and Issuance (Goods Issue) & returns on both manual and SAP with having good command.
Raising Indent (PR) & Local Purchasing.
Preparation of Load out Cargo manifest for Loading & Offloading Drilling Rig.
Responsible for the storekeeping of all inventory items kept.
Maintaining Records of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) items.

Generating Rejection / Shortage / Damage & Excess Report.
Proper watching on issue of Consumption of HSD & Other Important Costly Material.
Maintaining & Providing Bin Card & Material Code for the New Material for Proper Identification & Location.
Preparations of MIS report/ Annual stock taking.
