- Involved in maintaining databases for all exchange house transactions for UAE, alongside providing daily feedback to senior management in UAE and India on Remittances and lead updation ensuring data capture rate is maximized and data quality is optimized.

- Supported the documentation team to develop, perfect and execute day to day activities of preparing Facility letters and security documents.
- Followed up with financial institutes to obtain credit status and audit confirmation reports of customers’ accounts.
- Maintenance of limits and expiry dates in the system for facilities.
- Identify and respond to requests from line management for special investigations / urgent correspondences / ad hoc requests.
- Conducted a detailed analysis to design, develop and execute solutions
- Recommended how to increase the footfall of eyewear range in Rivoli Arcade stores across Dubai for brands such as Roberto Cavalli, Valentino and Cartier to name a few.
- Carried out detailed analysis with customers, reviewing brand image, brainstorming ideas to find key solutions to increase sales of eye wear ranges across all stores.
- Assisted the Citibank Acquisition Head that oversaw marketing of the credit cards (Gold, Silver and Blue) and investments for the key customers.
- Established and organized the customer base by increasing the number of clients across UAE.
Pursued an MA Marketing degree at the Royal Holloway, University of London.
Pursued the BA(Hons) Business Management degree at Kingston University, London. Was chosen as the student representative for three years at Kingston University from September 2004 - June 2007.
Pursued the Kingston University Foundation Course (KUFC) at Kingston College, London with the following grrade: 28 Level 3 credits and 3 level 2 credits, (level 3 being the highest credit- minimum required to pass 12 level 3 and 12 level 2 credits- Highest in the class) IELTS: 8/9.
