Tutoring learners on computing topics, as per academic curriculum
Hybrid teaching mode during the pandemic since March 2020 with highest pass percentage and satisfaction level.
Setting & benchmarking assignments/tests, assessing learners’ work for internally assessed components of
qualifications, preparing/maintaining records and writing reports on learners’ activities
Developing and updating instructional tools and technologies as per latest requirements; monitoring the
conduct of tests & exams
Reviewing the preset educational goals, objectives and classroom lesson instructional programmes as well as
establishing academic and other performance objectives
Review student feedback twice a semester. Plan/design and take action points with the Module team for
each problem.
Developing strategies for re-orientation of the educational instinute structure for utilizing the available human
resource to achieve the desired objective
Reporting to managers on learners' progress; selecting teaching aids materials, efficient methods for
discussions/demonstration projects and field trips
Encouraging learners to express their doubts and advising on the courses/ benefits available
Resolving student's inquiries, escalating the complaints or problems and ensuring follow-up for the same
Develop content using tools like Dreamviewer, Phoshop, Animate, Illustrator, H5P, Kahoot for maximum
engagement
Past many years have been designing coursework materials with interactivity and custom made videos for
numerous Computing modules using proven innovative methods from research papers.
