I was responsible for computing and reporting of RAROC (Risk Adjusted Return on Capital) at Strategic Business Unit (SBU) level and Customer Level to Middle & Top-Level Management. This metric was really for the management, as they use to decide performance linked benefits for all RMs, using this metric (please refer attached resume for details).
