Key Deliverables:

•Strategic Planning: Set the goals and objectives throughout the projects for achievement and collaborate with the stakeholders and teams to realize their vision within the Project's financial constraints.
•Project Management: Play a stellar role in managing overall project contract control and monitor the successful completion of fast-track projects in coordination with clients. Schedule the Project in logical steps and budget the time required to meet deadlines using different project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Rolling wave planning methods.
•Project Control Management: Manage the site’s highest profile contract worth 425+ Million USD (App.) and provide technical and construction leadership and support during the project life cycle.
•Budgeting: Evaluate the Budget estimates, Progress reports, and Cost tracking reports, avoid Scope creep and gold platting, and analyze financial information such as expenditures and return on investment.
•Process Improvement: Manage a wide spectrum of activities, such as process improvements, abridging bottlenecks, recognizing operational efficiencies, cost controlling & slashing down cycle time by implementing processes & best practices.
•Quality Management: Prepare and execute innovative quality procedures and consider the implementation accordingly. Submitting project deliverables and assuring adherence to quality standards.
•Resources Management: Plan, schedule, and manage enterprise-wide resources to complete and Progress construction projects to ensure seamless functioning.
•Procurement and Contract Administration: Create and manage a procurement plan “Make-or-buy decisions”, define source/vendor selection criteria, administer agreements such as contracts, purchase orders, memoranda of agreements (MOAs), or internal service level agreements, update the collaboration teams, and other such operations, Analyze, score, and shortlist negotiation responses. Update draft supplier negotiations.
•Safety Management: Devise, implement, and oversee the safety procedures & regulations for employees. Support customers’ needs by creating OSHA-compliant training processes for HSE and HAZOP programs.
•HSEQ Management: Assist the leadership team to develop, manage and monitor the QHSE performance of the company. Monitor and advise on all QHSE matters, issues and concerns to ensure Company compliance with statutory requirements, company and contractual requirements and good industry practice. Liaise with Customers and Supply Chain, regarding QHSE matters, ensuring their expectations are met.
•Negotiation: Negotiate new contracts, revisions, and changes with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors using Multicriteria decision analysis.
•Change Management: Manage change requests, ensure project quality, and adhere to corporate project governance policy.
•Team Management: Build, mentor, and direct a staff team to deliver complex projects successfully.

Key Achievements:

•Abridged Project Planned costs by 10% by implementing cost-effective strategies, including approving concision requests from the client, saving material budgeted cost, and Redesigning and implementing a Material and Consumables tracking system, decreasing the surplus material.
•Met all project Work Orders deadlines for 4+ years in a row.
•Introduced a project performance management system, considered 75% more efficient than the one already followed.
•Project selected as one of the winning projects for the CEO HSSE Award - 2020 in the contractor category within Kuwait Oil Company.
•Attained 10 million Safe Working Man-Hours without any Lost Work Cases
•Carried out the evaluation and settlement of 3 claims on the Project, saving approximately 27 million Kuwaiti Dinars (App.) for the company.
•Claimed and invoiced all the remeasurement Work orders.

•Actively involved in the preparation and negotiation of two major Claims against the delays/disruption on the part of the Contractor and reached a good achievement by recovering an additional 30% of the Contract Value with GS Construction Arabia Ltd.
•Organized and implemented an efficient workflow system that resulted in significant cost savings by 25%.
