• Provide first class services through effective response to customer requests and questions and by the promotion of bank products to meet customer needs.

• Receiving, handling and following up all ATM, personal loans and credit cards requests (issuing, renewal, increase and decrease credit limits replacement, conversion, installments payment and cancelling) ensure completion and delivery.
• Processing & implementing prepaid cards (debit cards) issuing requests, reloads and controlling delivery.
• Receiving buying and redemption CD's & Time deposits requests, and implementing requests on system.
• Receiving Buying and selling Mutual Funds "Shield", "Gozour" and "Juman" requests and following up implementation.
• Following up and handling customers' standing instructions (current, saving, credit cards and checks).
• Internal transfer, time deposit and certificate of deposits (buying and redemption requests), stopped checks, vouchers entry and debiting internal checks.
• Receiving checks for collection & sending to implementing department
• Receiving & performing client's check book requests & controlling Delivery
• Reviewing client's CBE's negative list & following up client's settlements & clients transferred to legal department
