Undertook the challenging and rewarding objective of establishing and developing the HR & People Operations function from the ground up. I contributed to the growth and success of the organization by building a robust HR infrastructure and implementing strategic HR initiatives, championing inclusiveness and equal opportunity.

• Successfully initiated and established the HR division, laying the foundation for all HR-related activities within the organization.

• Ensured adherence to Kuwait’s labor law, minimizing legal risks and protecting the organization's interests.
• Planned and executed engagement activities and events, contributing to increased employee morale and retention.
• Provided people operations support and guidance to our regional teams across MENA.

• Handling employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.

Business Partnership

• The HR business advisor, providing guidance and support, implementing HR solutions.
• Work closely with business heads on annual manpower planning and budgeting.
• Maintaining the organizational charts/structures for all business functions within my AOR.
• Coaching the business on HR policies, procedures, and local labor law.
