Do supervision for all of the sales agents in the market by monitoring their attendance, their performance And their achievement.
Split the monthly target for each sales agents and implement that by monthly meeting.
Put the best and easiest plan for every Sales Agent at the begin of the month to Insure that they will Achieve the monthly target and meets the company objectives.
Creating sales report and submitted to the head of department by daily basis,
Creating daily Sales Orders for the Sales Agents and do shipping for it from our warehouse to our sales channel through My ERP Oracle Access.
Handling our markets and re-sellers issues and complaints by providing them the immediate solution.
Submit KPI ( By each quarter ) for all of the team.
Marketing, sales and doing promoting for all HP consumer product in the biggest retailer in Saudi (Jarir, Extra, ..etc).
Doing product management and merchandising to highlight the product and make it attractive to the customers.
Creating daily and weekly reports to our management to track the business / offers / competitors and customers feedback.
Giving training to our New joiner in the team and to the retail employee about our products and featured to increase their loyalty for the brand.
Built good relation with the Retail Management, employs and customers.
