RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING TASKS:
-Supervises and directs the installation and inspection of rotating and stationary equipment in the Offsites & Utilities which includes raw water treatment unit, cooling tower, air cooled condenser, package boiler, refrigeration unit, NH3 emergency flare, nitrogen unit, firefighting, instrument and plant air unit.
Responsible for PP plant rotating and static equipment installation .
Supervision on construction, Pre-comm, and commissioning for bagging and
pelletizing machines.
Supervision on installation of internals and filling catalyst.
Supervison on installation of platforms.
Perform and supervision, Pre-alignment, parallelism and final alignment check. Performing Mechanical Completion check records and classification of punch items.Machines preparation for commissioning and startup operations.
Oil system flushing .
Handling all equipment materials, spare parts and special tools.
Work with vendor technical representatives to resolve rotating equipment
technical problems.
Corrective maintenances for Rotating equipments ( agitators Pumps and compressors )
problems happens during first startup like changing mechanical seal or bearing.
Supervision on construction, commissioning and start up of compressor house
machinery.
Perform and supervision, Pre-alignment, parallelism and final alignment check.
Machines preparation for commissioning and start-up operation ( Oil systems
Flushing).
