Job Description: act as an interface with the customer (Etisalat) for all technical issues like the MW and BTS implementation and planning issues also work to make the process between Huawei and Etisalat easier in the cargo issues like the new shipments problems, receipt notes reviewing, new materials features. According to my experience in the configuration work I’m following the configuration process and stock weakness points. In the same time act as an interface with the NTRA (The National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority) to negotiate regarding the critical shipments belong to the 3 telecom networks (Etisalat, Vodafone and Mobinil) to get an approval from NTRA to use any telecommunication equipments.
Job Duties:
1-Responsible about the customer satisfaction and search about the best solution for both sides Huawei and Etisalat.
2-Defend Huawei project team regarding to any problem and get them support to do that.
3-Deal with the challenging and difficult problems that often haven’t easy answers.
4-Review and confirm the technical side in each submitted receipt note to Etisalat and follow the RN cycle with them.
5-Negotiate and deal with NTRA regarding to any telecommunication shipment to get them approval to use it.
o Job Description: configure the IP DSLAM and support the rollout team to monitor the new sites procedure, following access problems, guide the access teams of our subcontractors to integrate these sites…. Tracking the DSLAM materials and report it weekly to our customer (Etisalat) response aware of the other network equipments like (MSAN, GPON, OSN, PTN and RTN).
o Job Duties:
Knowledge of networking and associated techniques with the ability to manage and enhance the network
Lead the subcontractor teams to get RFS sites with the specified process that provided by Etisalat.
Have a good knowledge about the Microwave Transmission, SDH Planning and TX planning activities
Support the integration team when we face a huge target.
oJob Description: make an implementation for all Etisalat 3rd license project that's for BSS (2G+3G) Sites in the 4 regions of Egypt (Delta, Alex, Upper, and Sinai), also I'm helping in the BSC working. have responsibilities of all Huawei Materials (BTS, BSC, Network equipments, OSN, NE40) in the warehouses of Huawei, modify the site planning according to new RF planning, helping in the trouble shooting problems be deciding which materials will be need, support the sites by these materials and solve shortage problem in sites by replace any materials by others according to its functions.
oJob Duties:
Make complete configuration for any site 2G, 3G, and MW for all of its radio frequency materials and telecom equipment.
Control and mange more than 100 items of materials for Etisalat project completely with high accuracy.
Aware about the description of all materials to face any shortage problem by replacing these materials by others according to them functions.
Configure expansions for any site to increase its capacity or add 3G equipments for it, if it 2G only.
Solve sites problems like damaging of faulty, and try to reuse the returned materials from sites.
