HVAC system includes Chilled water and DX Package system with an overall capacity of 1500 TR.
Fire Fighting system includes Sprinkler system with 3 pump rooms 1250 - 1000 GPM, Aerosol system for electrical
and IT rooms and site hydrants.
© Plumbing works include water supply, drainage and compressed air system to serve buildings and equipment needs.
© Site sewage network includes precast sewage and rainwater manholes with 6 it stations.
© Site potable water network is designed to feed buildings via tanks and booster pumps.
© Wharf and Piers mechanical networks such as sewage, fuel, potable water, firefighting and compressed air that run
through trenches to serve ships.

Managed MEP works for Mosque, Celebration building and Basement.
HVAC system includes DX Package system with overall capacity 250 TR.
Fire Fighting system includes Water system with 1 main pump room 750 GPM and FM-200, systems for electrical
and IT rooms and Foam system for generator room.
Water Supply system includes 1 main pump room to cover all project requirements.
Drainage system includes all project drainage and tie in to external network.
