• Conduct thorough inspections of pressure vessels, piping systems, and aboveground storage tanks in accordance with API standards (API 653 for tanks, API 570 for piping, API 510 for pressure vessels) and other relevant codes and regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, including inspection reports, test results, photographs, and any identified defects or issues. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Ensure that all inspected equipment complies with applicable industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to ASME, ANSI, and relevant jurisdictional regulations.
• Evaluate the condition of equipment and identify potential risks or deficiencies that could impact safety, performance, or environmental compliance.
• Coordinate and oversee various NDT methods, such as ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), and magnetic particle testing (MT), dye penetrant testing (PT), and others, to assess the integrity of components.
• Provide recommendations for repairs, alterations, or replacements of equipment based on inspection findings and industry best practices. Ensure that corrective actions align with applicable codes and standards.
• Oversee and verify pressure tests of piping systems and pressure vessels to ensure they meet safety and performance criteria.
• Inspect welds on pressure vessels, piping, and tanks to ensure they meet welding codes and standards. Coordinate and monitor welding procedures as needed.
• Monitor and enforce quality control and quality assurance processes during fabrication, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and updates to codes and standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Promote and adhere to safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment for myself and others during inspections and site visits.
• Communicate inspection findings, recommendations, and compliance status to relevant stakeholders, including facility owners, operators, and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, maintenance teams, and other professionals to develop and implement effective asset integrity and maintenance programs.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to maintain API certifications and stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in the field.
• Familiar with API 650, API 653 (Design, fabrication, examination, repair, alteration and reconstruction).
• Supervise and inspect for bottom, shell, and roof for fixed and floating tank.
• Supervise welding activities in tanks (patches, repairs, and replacement plates).
• Supervise coating for floating roof and painting for overhaul exterior tank.
• Witness Leak test, Vacuum box test, PT, MT, RT, UT thickness, Hydrostatic test and pneumatic test.
• Review and modifying inspection reports.
• Create plant 3D drawings according to ISO drawing and PID.

• Follow-up, execution all QC activities for storage tanks (External and Internal Inspections), and supervision of all welding activities and testing for tanks.
