1 Assists the Sector Managers and the Account Managers in the sales activities for process Control or Test & Measurement solutions
2 Conducts site surveys and meetings to understand client requirements
3 Assists in the presales activities such as technical presentations and the preparation of technical proposals and quotations with guidance from the Account Managers
4 Places required orders on system with the required specifications for the order processing team to place orders
5 Review orders prepared by the order processing team and presents to the technical installation team for final review to ensure that all required items for installation are covered by the order
6 Follow-up on orders until delivery and delivers to the sector Manager for submission to the Services & Engineering Manager

3 Experience in(Servers, PCs, Workstations, Laptops, Printers and Accessories)

5 Design and Draw Datacenter Hardware Network Solution Chart using Visio
6 Conducts site surveys and meetings to understand client requirements
7 Contacting Suppliers and Vendors to get best Prices of Clients Requirements
8 Assists in the technical presentations and the preparation of technical proposals and quotations
9 Finalizing Tenders Technical Offers RFP, RFQs and Documentations bids
10 Supporting Sales efforts to map potential technical and business partners
11 Preparing Bill of Materials for end-to-end proposals that include Systems Solutions and 3rd party products
12 Attends bids and gathers information on competitor prices
13 Coordinate with the sales team in formulating proposals and tenders
1 IT Software Infrastructure Engineer (Microsoft)
2 Experience in Installing, configuring and administrating (Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server 2000 and 2003, ISA Server 2006 and 2007, DPM 2006 and 2007 and Virtual Server 2007)
3 Experience in Installing (Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, MOM, SMS, SharePoint 2006 and OCS 2007)
4 Building and installing Data Center Servers with Monitoring System (KVM)
