Title: Account Adviser (Etisalat Misr).
Tasks and duties:
• Handling all customers’ enquiries over the phone (Voice - data - ADSL lines).
• Register complaints
• Handling billing issues.
• Inform customers about services that could suit them
• Coordinate and administer all training programs, classes or courses.
• Prepare, implement and review all client-training materials for accurate and compatible information to Company standards and polices.
• Assist the Sales and Marketing department in the creation of bids as they relate to training and training programs.
• Develop measurable goals; administer actions essential to reaching those goals, and implement adjustments when necessary to accomplish the business plan of the unit, department, branch, region, company.
• Responds to and initiates telephone and mail inquiries from prospective customers regarding training centers/instructors. Reviews completed new training center/instructor applications and evaluates information to make good business decisions about eligibility.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and with courtesy.
• Direct unresolved customer inquiries, problems or special requests to the manager.
• Build and maintain personal, yet professional, relationships with customers.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure data integrity of customer forms, packages, and personal info
• responsible for the maintenance of computer hardware and software that comprises the company computer network.
• ensuring that the network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN is running smoothly.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Replacing parts as required.
