• Ensure communication of common understanding of the processes documented in MIS modules (including process steps/workflow, visibility of the data) and correct use of the tool.
• Gather requirements/feedback from implementation teams to ensure modules satisfy users’ expectations and reflect ABB Way Management System requirements.
• In the capacity of the MIS project, manage and lead business specialists for MIS deployment, maintenance and support for end users at all levels.
• Consult on all changes to the application with relevant users at testing phase of modules, then implementing fixes and changes along with gathering feedback.
• Alongside communications experts, develop any communications specific to the system.
• Work with IS service delivery team to improve internal integrations.
• Alongside IS Core Project Team (CPT), ensure consistency and future expansion are considered in all modules.

Duties and responsibilities -
• Leading the project HSE team for provision of HSE consultancy and advisory services for Mina Abdullah Water Distribution Complex (WDC-II), which is a mega project for Kuwait's Ministry of Electricity and Water (MEW) involving over 24 sites and around 20 subcontractors.
• Performing site audits to identify gaps from Group Instructions and company subscribed international standards.
• Contractor management including monitoring HSE compliance and handling non-conformance issues according to relevant procedures and international standards.
• Assurance of effective risk management i.e. contribution to risk analyses, identification, and assessment processes.
• Conducting HSE specific trainings and site safety induction sessions on regular basis.
• Attending daily coordination meetings to categorize all activities being undertaken for issuance of permits and participating in tool-box-talks according to the daily activities with follow up monitoring of site activities and recording any incidents.
• Conducting daily site inspections for ensuring safe working environments.
