Tracing all operations in our containers depots at Alexandria and at the eastern
area.
Tracing all the equipment owned by the group at all locations.
Developing the plans of the equipment maintenance & Repair team.
Responsible for training and developing the EMR specialist and GS Operations teams to be able to run operations in order to achieve cost savings, cost recoveries, customer's satisfaction and continuous improvement within the EMR & GS areas.
Delivering the lowest equipment repair cost by monitoring technicians and suppliers’ performances, aligning company policies and providing initiatives for cost reduction
Responsible for overall EMR & GS operations activities.
Receiving requests from customers and ensure that all of them are updated on system and nothing is missed.
- Follow up the daily operations plan to ensure that everything is planned well and the gen-sets will cover the
customers' requests in all locations.
- Solve any operational & financial problems with the customers using the way keeps the company rights and
keep the customers satisfaction.
- Releasing invoices to customers.
- Sending quotations to customers.
- Cross selling our activities to our customers.
Prepares source data for entry by opening and sorting mail; verifying and logging receipt of data
obtaining missing data.
- Records data by operating data entry equipment; coding information; resolving processing problems.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Update QTI depot system with all gate moves, containers location and status on time.
- Update QTI depot system with Export bookings once received from the shipping lines.
- Update QTI depot system with damages and insure damage report making/signing by agent and/or
driver before lift-off and report all to the shipping lines.
- Insure to have a written approval from the shipping line regarding any damages prior gate-in/lift-off.
- Verifying release letter, agents DOCs, and insure to have the booking updated in QTI depot system before
truck gate-in.
- Insure all representatives on gate to have a delegation letter from the customer or guarantee's owner.
- Send all reports to the shipping lines according to planned schedules.
- Collect entrance fees before trucks gate-in and release related receipts to customers and deliver
collections to QTI accountant by the end of each shift attached with related gate report and supported by email.
- Insure all trucks & Drivers DOCs to be valid and verify it in addition to take a copy of it for QTI archive.
- Insure that agents and/or drivers to sign QTI delivery receipt before gate-out.
- Insure collecting release DOCs from the agents before gate-in move.
- Prior gate-out he has to make sure that containers on trucks matching released DOCs such like shipping line, size, type and to be fit and PTIed in case of reefers.
Responsible for 15 locations and ports related to Reefers spare parts.
- Responsible for 6 locations related to Generators spare parts.
- Providing all locations with parts expected to be used to save time and cost.
- Responsible for delivering spare parts to vessels in time.
- Determining the quantities needed of the spare parts to be ordered from the suppliers.
- Follow up the inventory in all locations.
- Determining the opening balance inventory every year.
Responsible for the distribution from the Factory to all warehouses in EGYPT .
ACADEMICS
