Assist the Grouo Head of BLOMInvest in generating audit programs for the complex investment departments in addition to a transformation of the program from process to departmental audit.
Complimentary to my position at BLOM Bank.

Assist the Group Risk Division in creating and managing a Middle Office whose purpose is to provide real time assitance and control to yraders found within the Equity Invest Trade Room.

Manage, train, and organize a 4 man team to ensure that proper control procedures are being performed in the bank's branches and departments.

Basic Outline of Tasks:

• Performed audits on subsidiary branches found in Iraq and Saudi Arabia
• Provide high quality, professional day-to-day execution of internal audit engagements and projects in line with firm risk management practices.
• Develop audit programs, working papers, and internal audit reports
• Work on teams focused on advisory projects and assist engagement management to successfully complete engagement objectives.
• Help identify performance improvement opportunities for clients and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel.
• Mentor, supervise, and train junior staff within the Internal Audit Department.

Worked at the head of a seventeen man team to upgrade and develop the archiving and filing process of a major insurance company Tasks involved managing and coordinating different project systems while maintaining excellent relations with client employees. In addition to reporting and solving issues that may arise regarding company systems and interpersonal employee issues.

•Tasks revolved around maintaining account payables, supplier and tenants account management, monthly closing of accounts, and accruals and prepaid management. Proper follow-up with tenants regarding late payments or complaints were also handled and any direct communication with outside parties.

• Study and generate daily financial reports requested by my supervisor.
• Developed highly effective, original and targeted marketing copy for the promotion and sale of goods and services.
• Worked in tandem with other departments of an Organization including advertisements as well as website content, etc.
• Interacted with clients and advised them regarding content related issues.
• Developed a thorough understanding of the target audiences.
• Concluded the intership with a project on the ‘Private Equity’ of MTC touch.
