In this hands-on, operational role, reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for the full remit of HR for the company including:
Recruitment & Succession, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Payroll and Administration. You will be supporting the HR Manager in all of the above and deputizing in their absence
